Our Local Economies

 Matter Too

Focusing On Communities Again

After the trade deals were signed all that was left was a trail of empty promises left by the companies leaving our communities. In only a few short years, millions would be out of jobs across the country, millions would be spent on trying to put a band-aid on our communities and millions of dollars would be wasted in the effort.

My plan is to rebuild communities first by reestablishing trust between lawmakers and voters. We must prove that People have a voice in Columbus and show it by providing a vision for restoring communities to a fully vibrant condition. Particularly rural ones, whom were once so integral to Ohio’s economy across the state, have been ignored and used over the years. My plan to fix this will be to spur investment opportunities for manufacturers and new emerging markets across the state that will connect and revitalize our rural communities.
